Ziggy with a twist… 
Using the striking zagging lines of the Getting Ziggy Shawl, combined withcute mini motifs to add a fun new feature and a whole new look.

This pattern uses basic stitches to make up a simple repeat and motifs. However, experience with joining motifs would be helpful. Includes customised decreases which are explained in the pattern.

Yarn
I used 1 each of the following:
Eden Cottage Yarns in Tempo 4ply (Sparrow) - 100g (399m/436 yards) 75% Wool, 25% Nylon
Cosy Posy Yarn Co. Classic Sock (Sweater Weather) - 100g (400m/438 yards) 75% Merino, 25% Nylon
Malabrigo Sock ( Frank Ochre) - 100g (402m/440 yards) 100% Merino
Voolenvine Yarns Blitzed (Lovesong) - 100g (400m/438 yards) 15% Merino, 20% Nylon, 5% Stellina
Hedgerow Yarns Merino High Twist (Fuzzy Peach) - 100g (364m/399 yards) 10% Merino, 20% Nylon

Yarn Substitutions
5 x 100g hanks of 4ply/fingering weight yarn in merino or merino/nylon blend in different colours.
Or a minimum of 1600m/1748 yards (approx 4 x 100g hanks) in your choice of 4ply/fingering weight yarn.

Hook | 3mm (D US) - Or size needed to match gauge
Materials | Yarn needle

Gauge | 22 sts x 10 rows per 10cm (4”) in treble crochet, Squares: 4cm (1.5”) each side 
Size | 36cm (14”) wide x 240cm (95”) long, not including tassels.
(Or customise to your own size by adding removing stripes or sections)
