Happy Scrappy Squares Blanket



A happy scrappy blanket of squares made from leftover sock yarn.
Of course, you could use any weight yarn that you have a plentiful stash of. 

Description
This pattern is for a super simple blanket of squares, which is perfect for using up your scraps. A full written pattern with clear instructions for the square blocks and how to construct the blanket.  The US stitch names listed for reference and video and photo tutorial links to demonstrate the joining technique.
UK Terms

Skill Level
Easy/Intermediate
Only one stitch used throughout and the blocks are joined on as you go on the sides, however tutorial are included for this.

Yarn & Hook
I’m making my version out of left over-sock yarn and mini skeins but you could use the same idea and technique with any weight of yarn. Just use the hook size appropriate for your yarn and dive in!

Size
You can make this blanket as big or as small as you like.
